Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Azure Helper (the "Service"), a read-only learning tool for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, operated by Cloudpartner ("we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a Microsoft Entra tenant, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization as well as the individual user.

1. The Service is read-only

Azure Helper is designed to only read data from Microsoft Graph and Azure Resource Manager, using permissions ending in ".Read" / "Reader". The Service contains no feature, API route, or credential intended to create, modify, or delete any object, configuration, resource, or setting in a connected tenant or subscription. Any "change" the Service describes is shown as guidance only (Portal steps, a Graph request, or a PowerShell command) for you to review and run yourself, in your own session, under your own permissions.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it via a magic link to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and any magic links sent to your inbox.
• Connecting a Microsoft Entra tenant requires that an authorized administrator of that tenant complete admin consent for the application's read-only Graph/Azure permissions ("Grant data access").
• You may disconnect a connected tenant at any time from the Connection panel; doing so removes that tenant's stored connection metadata from our systems.

3. Plans and billing

• Azure Helper Pro — one administrator account, one connected Microsoft Entra tenant.
• Azure Helper Partner — one administrator account, multiple connected Microsoft Entra tenants, with an active-tenant switcher and Azure-Portal-style tenant discovery for tenants the signed-in user already has member or guest access to.
• Where billing is enabled, subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Where billing is not yet enabled for a plan, access may be provided via a waitlist or manual activation at our discretion.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access, or attempt to access, any Microsoft Entra tenant, Azure subscription, or other system you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan entitlements, authentication, or the read-only design of the Service.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates Microsoft's terms of service for Microsoft Graph, Azure, or Microsoft 365, or any applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside the scope of your plan (e.g. exceeding the tenant limits of your plan).

5. AI-generated guidance

The "Guide" / AI Tutor feature uses an AI model (Azure OpenAI) to generate explanations, suggested Graph queries, and PowerShell commands based on live, read-only data from your tenant where available. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing any suggested command or query before running it in your own environment. The Service does not execute PowerShell commands on your behalf — PowerShell output shown in the app is illustrative/sample text, not a live remote execution.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GRAPH/AZURE READS WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED (FOR EXAMPLE, DUE TO MISSING ADMIN CONSENT, RBAC, OR MICROSOFT SERVICE OUTAGES).

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDPARTNER AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Because the Service is read-only by design, we do not accept liability for changes made to your tenant — any such changes are made by you, using your own credentials, outside of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected tenant at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected abuse, or security concerns. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
